Pamojamall Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Pamojamall platform, which includes three distinct mobile applications designed for:

Vendors (to manage shops, products, and orders)

Users (to browse and shop)

Delivery Personnel (bodaboda riders facilitating deliveries)

By using any part of the Pamojamall system, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Platform Ownership

Pamojamall is solely owned and managed by CSA Fintech Global Ltd., a legally registered entity operating under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

3. Account Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

Users, vendors, and delivery personnel must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.

Vendors and delivery riders are required to upload valid identification and supporting documentation before account approval.

CSA Fintech Global Ltd. reserves the right to verify submitted documents and reject or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for ensuring product listings, prices, stock levels, and delivery terms are accurate and up-to-date.

Vendors must fulfill customer orders promptly and professionally.

Vendors agree to comply with all local laws, tax obligations, and business registration requirements.

5. Delivery Riders

Pamojamall allows freelance bodaboda riders to register as delivery personnel.

All riders must submit valid identification and may be required to attend onboarding or safety briefings.

Riders must ensure timely, secure delivery and may be rated by customers.

CSA Fintech Global Ltd. is not liable for loss or damages caused by third-party delivery actions but will intervene in the case of verified customer disputes.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate delivery information and to be available to receive their orders.

All payments must be completed through approved methods in-app, cash etc..

Customers must not engage in fraudulent activities or abuse return/refund policies.

7. Prohibited Activities

No user may:

Provide false information or impersonate others

Use the platform to sell illegal or prohibited items.

Circumvent platform fees or payment systems

Abuse ratings, reviews, or report functions

8. Data Privacy and Security

All user data is protected under the Pamojamall Privacy Policy. We are committed to maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and user control.

9. Platform Access and Downtime

Pamojamall may experience occasional outages due to system updates, server issues, or third-party integrations. CSA Fintech Global Ltd. will work promptly to restore service but is not liable for any losses arising from downtime.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials on the platform are the exclusive property of CSA Fintech Global Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be reviewed and amended at any time by CSA Fintech Global Ltd. Updates will be communicated via the platform or email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
